Site Coordinator. Industrial military aircraft maintenance.
Must have working experience in a military aircraft maintenance organization and have at least four years of documented experience in industrial Aerospace environment as a manager. Will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of a large workforce of over 190 personnel, spread over a wide geographical area. Will serve as a point of contact for all customer relations, and the resolution of all quality, timeliness, and accuracy issues. Tools And Parts Attendant . Industrial military aircraft maintenance.
Receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, replacement parts, shop supplies and equipment, such as measuring devices at an industrial facility, and build and modify tool boxes. Keep records of tools issued to and returned by workers. Search for lost or misplaced tools, prepare periodic inventory and keep perpetual inventory and requisition s, stock as needed, unpack and store new equipment, build tool boxes, and visually inspect tools or measures with micrometer for wear or defects and report damaged or worn-out equipment to superiors. Coat tools with grease or other preservative, using a brush or spray gun, and may attach identification tags or laser etches identifying information on tools and equipment using an electric marking tool. Coordinate and expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between maintenance departments based on production and shipping schedules or department manager's priorities. Review production schedules and confer with production managers and other production controllers to determine materials required or overdue and locate materials. Requisition material and establish delivery sequences to departments according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Supply Technicians
Perform technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. A good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines. Monitor paperwork and records associated with receiving, storing, issuing, replenishing, or inventorying commonly used administrative supplies, equipment, aircraft parts and industrial operation consumables. Obtains information regarding the status of supply transactions to include (but not limited to) receipts and delivery status updates. Ensures packing slips accompanying shipments match the requirements of Purchase or Delivery orders prior to entering receipts in AMMIS. As required, they assist in preparing procedures for annual inventories, participate in the inventory process, research causes of inventory discrepancies by checking all property records (e.g., purchase orders, surveys, transfers, and other available sources), compile information necessary for consideration in survey actions relating to loss, damage, or destruction of Government-owned property.
